INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plumsauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
- finely grated rind of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 kilo chicken drumsticks
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large, shallow baking dish with non-stick baking paper.
- Place plum sauce, honey, soya sauce, lime rind, ginger and allspice in a bowl; stir to combine.
- Place drumsticks in prepared dish, and spoon plum sauce mixture over drumsticks. Bake 30- 40 minutes,
4-When you get nice golden brown colour serve hot.
